James Isaac stoves are a registered HETAS installer for Norfolk, based in Wells-next-the-sea, have been trading for over 20 years.
We are a small family run business and work directly with customers as well as local builders and architects to help you achieve your expectations, whatever your budget and ensure a professional, reliable service.
We can help manage the complete installation process, from the initial consultation, advising on the type of flue or chimney liner required, the size and model of wood burning stove to heat the desired space as well as the design and construction of bespoke fireplaces, hearths and log stores to work for your home, holiday home, business or office.
We specialise in the most efficient and reliable stoves available, British made Woodwarm and Clearview stoves, considered by many as being the best stoves in the world and these are available to view in our Home Studio in Wells by appointment but we also provide
free quotations for the installation of any stove of your choice, design and budget.

We use only the best quality material, sourced from a British manufacturing company offering a range of stainless steel grade chimney liners and Twin wall insulated chimney systems.
We use local fabricators for bespoke metal hearth plates and chimney closure plates to ensure a perfect fit and attention to detail.

We appreciate every client is different and so great care is taken to understand your vision and exceed your expectations. We can re-design existing fireplaces, remodel to form inglenook settings, supply, dress and install Oak beams, design and lay heaths ranging from metal, tile, stone to glass and build twin wall chimney systems for those properties without a chimney. We can even build a chimney system through a glass roof.
